Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare and body care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and unopened

Be in its original packaging

Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Include proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

To submit a claim, please provide:

Your order number

Photos of the product

Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Photos of the shipping label

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Fragrance Disclaimer

Because fragrance is a personal preference, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on scent preference.

This includes:

Disliking a fragrance

A scent not meeting personal expectations

Perceived differences in fragrance strength

Personal fragrance sensitivities

We encourage customers to carefully review all scent descriptions before purchasing.

Warm Weather & Melting Policy

Our body butters are handcrafted using natural butters and oils that may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping.

If your product arrives softened or melted:

Place the product in a cool location or refrigerator for 30–60 minutes.

Product quality, performance, and benefits will not be affected.

Texture and appearance may vary after re-solidifying, which is normal for natural body butter formulations.

Because melting is a natural characteristic of body butters and does not affect product quality, softened or melted products are not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements.

We strongly recommend monitoring tracking information and retrieving packages promptly during warm weather.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

TDMReserve(TDM) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
