At TDMReserve™, each product is handcrafted with care and made in small batches to ensure quality. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays may occur due to:
Weather conditions
Carrier delays
Holidays
High shipping volume
Events beyond our control
TDMReserve™ is not responsible for carrier-related delays once a package has been shipped.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
TDMReserve™ is not responsible for:
Incorrect addresses
Undeliverable packages
Delays caused by inaccurate customer information
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Warm Weather Shipping
Our body butters are handcrafted using natural butters and oils that may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit.
This is a natural characteristic of body butter products and does not affect product quality, safety, or performance.
If your body butter arrives softened or melted:
Bring the package indoors immediately.
Place the product in a cool area or refrigerator for 30–60 minutes.
Allow the product to return to its normal consistency before use.
Please note:
Texture may change slightly after melting and re-solidifying.
Product volume and moisturizing benefits remain unchanged.
Melted or softened products are not considered damaged.
For this reason, melted products are not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If additional assistance is needed, contact us at support@tdmreserve.com, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, TDMReserve™ is not responsible for:
Lost packages
Stolen packages
Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout
We recommend shipping to a secure location and retrieving packages promptly after delivery.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
Photos of the shipping label
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
